What's the deal with this site?

FFMob.com was developed to help us all enjoy the Fantasy Football season even more. 

First, it's a way to measure your expertise against other fanatics & experts by ranking 50 players per week (10 QB, 10 RB, 10 WR, 10 DST, 5 TE, 5 K).  You earn points and move up in rank according to how accurate your predictions are. 

Second, it's a social networking site where you can connect with other Fantasy Football fans across the US.  The Rap Sheets are the hub of the social networking side - a kind of "My Space" for fantasy footballers.  The private messaging, Paisano List, Guest Book, and Message Boards are all ways to connect and have fun.

When do we start ranking/playing?

We will have the rankings module in place for the start of the NFL pre-season.  During the pre-season, you can practice ranking (even though Tomlinson will get about 5 carries a game) to get the feel for the game.  Once the NFL season kicks off for real, we'll start playing for keeps.

What do I win?

If you're good, the respect and admiration of the Fantasy Football world.  If you aren't, a ticket to the Witness Protection Program.

What does it cost?

Nothing, in terms of money.  The good players, the ones who will rise up through the ranks in the family, will put in time, thought, effort, and serious strain on important relationships to accurately predict players' performance.

Aren't you ashamed of the productivity you rob from corporate America?

No.  

How do I add people to my Paisano List?

You can send requests to other FFMobsters by visiting their Rap Sheets (user profiles).  You can find them by visiting the "Find a FFMobster" link in the left hand menu on the Home Page.
